WatchDeck terms of use

By using WatchDeck, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for protecting your account and for deciding who can access your vessel records.

Operational responsibility

WatchDeck helps organize vessel information. It does not replace inspections, manufacturer guidance, professional judgment, seamanship, regulatory compliance, or emergency procedures. You remain responsible for vessel operation and maintenance decisions.

Service and subscriptions

Features may change as the product improves. Paid access, when applicable, renews according to the terms shown at purchase and may be managed through your account.
