Do my spouse and I both need to pay?
No. One plan covers your shared main boat. Each of you can use your own login and access the same boat workspace. Your spouse, captain, and crew do not need separate paid plans to access that boat.
How do the three included tenders work?
Each main boat plan includes up to three tenders linked to that boat. Those tenders share the main boat’s subscription. Another main boat requires its own plan.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Both include the same features. Monthly is $14.99 per main boat each month. Annual is $99 per main boat, paid once a year—equivalent to $8.25 a month. Annual billing saves $80.88 compared with twelve monthly payments. Prices are in USD.
What if I already use WatchDeck?
Existing users keep their grandfathered access. This pricing change does not require you to move to a new plan or change your current billing. Sign in to your existing account to continue.
Can I manage more than one main boat?
Yes. Each additional main boat needs its own plan and includes up to three tenders. Use the web app to set up plans for additional main boats.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Manage your subscription through the billing provider you used to subscribe. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.
